Welcome to Hava Java, the Valley’s oldest and longest-running coffeehouse, proudly established in 1991. Founded and still operated by Seattle transplant Justin Shafer, our coffeehouse was born from a dream to bring the Biltmore community together. Here, whether you come alone or with friends, you never have to be alone—there’s always someone to connect with. At Hava Java, our baristas know your name, your family, and your favorite order. It’s a friendly place where everyone feels at home, and our motto is simple: Serve exceptional products quickly, in a clean, welcoming space, turning our customers into friends. Our loyal patrons have been with us for decades, contributing to our low Staff turnover and ensuring that your favorite barista will quickly learn your name and order. We are dedicated to your satisfaction—100% of the time. Our coffee and 30 varieties of tea are organically and sustainably grown, always traded fairly. The moment you step inside, the rich aromas of our custom coffee blends will have your mouth watering. Our commitment extends beyond coffee. We are deeply rooted in our community and open 365 days a year. Our charity focus is on supporting children, and whenever possible, we are eager to assist causes that benefit them.
